Mr. Md. Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury comes of a reputed Muslim family of Lakshipur. He has graduated from Dhaka College followed by an MBA from South East University. He is the Director in the Board of Directors of Bengal Commercial Bank Limited representing B. Dash Japan Co. Ltd. Mr. Chowdhury is well known as one of the established Real Estate business personalities of the country. He is the Managing Director of renowned JCX Development Ltd and JCX Trading Ltd. He has played a great role in the industry by earning FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) through joint venture business enterprise with Japanese CREED Group, which is the ever first of its kind.

Mr. Md. Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury is successfully running a business Conglomerate with diversified interests in Energy, Auto Mobiles, Tourism and Hospitality sector. He is also Director of Bengal Life Insurance Company Ltd, Moonlight Shipping, Napier Homes Ltd and JAPASTY Co. Ltd. Mr. Md. Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury is also the Director of one the most popular restaurants in Dhaka named The Rio-Lounge and Brew Splash. Mr. Chowdhury is involved in many social activities and widely acclaimed for his philanthropic contributions to the society. He is Director of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). He is also the Vice Chairman of Bashundhara Kings Football Team, Member of SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), Member of Japan Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JBCCI).

Md. Mirja Golam Rahman was born in 1989 in Lakshmipur district. In past days he was involved in stock market, garment business & import business. Currently he is a Director of Construction, SCM and Administration Department of JCX Development Limited & he is young entrepreneur. Being a young and dynamic leader, he works on various innovations in procurement strategy implementation and management for the sake of company development.

He plays his own role in building a strong position of his organization in today's competitive market. He prefers to work directly from the field level and is open to feedback from employees. Success is only possible with a competent, trusted and competent leader, so he believes that there is no substitute for team work with everyone planning to reach specific goals.

Col Engr ABM Mizanur Rahman, OSP, PBGM, P Eng (Retd) was commissioned in the Corps of Engineers, Bangladesh Army on 27 July 1986. He commanded two BGB Sectors and one Engineer Battalion. He served as Garrison Engineer (Army) and Commander MES Dhaka for quite a long time. He served with Water Development Board, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Labour and Ministry of Industry where he successfully implemented a number of critical and special Projects. He also served as MD of BGB Welfare Trust where he had a bank under the ownership of the Trust.

Col Mizan passed B Sc in Civil Engineering from RUET and studied M Sc Engineering in CUET. He had his MBA from Southeast University. He earned a Diploma in Arabic Language from Dhaka University. He was trained on operation and maintenance of Engineering Equipment and Hydraulic Crane in Saudi Arabia and Belgium respectably. He is registered as a Professional Engineer in IEB.

He acquired a vast experience on designing, planning, management and execution of mega structures like 500 Bedded Hospitals, Five-star Hotels, Cement Mills, LPG Plant, Commercial Buildings and many other special projects. As a recognition of his outstanding performance and incredible contribution to the Nation, he was awarded with “অসামান্য সেবা পদক” and “রাষ্ট্রপতি বর্ডার গার্ড পদক”.
