Mr. Md. Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury comes of a reputed Muslim family of Lakshipur. He has graduated from Dhaka College followed by an MBA from South East University. He is the Director in the Board of Directors of Bengal Commercial Bank Limited representing B. Dash Japan Co. Ltd. Mr. Chowdhury is well known as one of the established Real Estate business personalities of the country. He is the Managing Director of renowned JCX Development Ltd and JCX Trading Ltd. He has played a great role in the industry by earning FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) through joint venture business enterprise with Japanese CREED Group, which is the ever first of its kind.

Mr. Md. Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury is successfully running a business Conglomerate with diversified interests in Energy, Auto Mobiles, Tourism and Hospitality sector. He is also Director of Bengal Life Insurance Company Ltd, Moonlight Shipping, Napier Homes Ltd and JAPASTY Co. Ltd. Mr. Md. Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury is also the Director of one the most popular restaurants in Dhaka named The Rio-Lounge and Brew Splash. Mr. Chowdhury is involved in many social activities and widely acclaimed for his philanthropic contributions to the society. He is Director of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). He is also the Vice Chairman of Bashundhara Kings Football Team, Member of SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), Member of Japan Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JBCCI).

Mr. Siddiquar Rahman has been in the real estate business for the last 10 years. Being a director at JCX Developments he overlooks the overall planning, design, and development of the company. Other than JCX, he is also the director of NRB Global Insurance.

He has shown everyone that age does not matter to be successful and especially in a society where experience is valued over anything else. Being a symbol of inspiration for others in the company and aspiring young leaders he has proved that being a young entrepreneur can be a challenging aspect but success is inevitable when the work is done with integrity and immense passion.

M Muhit Hassan is currently employed as Finance Director of JCX Developments Ltd. He has been working here for almost 6 years and has obtained extensive experience in the real estate sector.

He was born on the 30th of January, 1990 in Dhaka District and is one of the youngest FCCA & CFO currently residing in Bangladesh. He completed his ACCA qualification from Kaplan Financial, London, the United Kingdom in the year 2013. He has participated in various professional training & development courses from time to time-related to his assigned job. It has increased his professional efficiency in all aspects.

Mr. Muhit started his career in 2012 and has worked in various renowned companies in the Finance Department and finally worked as the Head of Finance and Accounts Department at Rangs Group for about a year.

He has handled different assigned duties and services in his reputable career, which has established him as a dynamic and challenging professional who employs his best potential with chances of growth and diversification in all sectors of Finance.
