Mr. Md. Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury comes of a reputed Muslim family of Lakshipur. He has graduated from Dhaka College followed by an MBA from South East University. He is the Director in the Board of Directors of Bengal Commercial Bank Limited representing B. Dash Japan Co. Ltd. Mr. Chowdhury is well known as one of the established Real Estate business personalities of the country. He is the Managing Director of renowned JCX Development Ltd and JCX Trading Ltd. He has played a great role in the industry by earning FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) through joint venture business enterprise with Japanese CREED Group, which is the ever first of its kind.

Mr. Md. Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury is successfully running a business Conglomerate with diversified interests in Energy, Auto Mobiles, Tourism and Hospitality sector. He is also Director of Bengal Life Insurance Company Ltd, Moonlight Shipping, Napier Homes Ltd and JAPASTY Co. Ltd. Mr. Md. Iqbal Hossain Chowdhury is also the Director of one the most popular restaurants in Dhaka named The Rio-Lounge and Brew Splash. Mr. Chowdhury is involved in many social activities and widely acclaimed for his philanthropic contributions to the society. He is Director of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). He is also the Vice Chairman of Bashundhara Kings Football Team, Member of SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), Member of Japan Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JBCCI).

M Muhit Hassan, the current Director of Finance at JCX Developments Ltd, has been an integral part of the company since its inception. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, he has proven himself to be a valuable asset to the organization.

Born in Dhaka District, Mr. Muhit is one of the youngest FCCA & Finance Director in Bangladesh. He obtained his ACCA qualification from Kaplan Financial, London, United Kingdom in 2013, showcasing his dedication to professional growth.

Throughout his career, Mr. Muhit has actively participated in various professional training and development courses, enhancing his skills and efficiency in all aspects of his job. This commitment to continuous improvement has set him apart as a dynamic and ambitious professional.

Starting his career in 2012, Mr. Muhit has held positions in renowned companies within the Finance Department. Notably, he served as the Head of Finance and Accounts Department at Rangs Group for approximately a year, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

With a proven track record of successfully handling diverse duties and services, Mr. Muhit has established himself as a professional who thrives on challenges and utilizes his full potential for growth and diversification in the real estate business.

Md. Mirja Golam Rahman was born in 1989 in Lakshmipur district. In past days he was involved in stock market, garment business & import business. Currently he is a Director of Construction, SCM and Administration Department of JCX Development Limited & he is young entrepreneur. Being a young and dynamic leader, he works on various innovations in procurement strategy implementation and management for the sake of company development.

He plays his own role in building a strong position of his organization in today's competitive market. He prefers to work directly from the field level and is open to feedback from employees. Success is only possible with a competent, trusted and competent leader, so he believes that there is no substitute for team work with everyone planning to reach specific goals.
